  2. Vitamin D former D2-Vit D3-Vit Ergocalciferol, MW 396.7 Findes i lav mængde i planter, i vitamin-dråber til børn, i lægemiddel til injektion og magistrelle tabletter Cholecalciferol, MW 384.6 Findes hovedsageligt i fisk, mælk, æg, ost og lever. Syntetiseres i huden ved soleksposition

Analyse princip • Direkte, kompetitiv kemiluminescens immunoassay (CLIA) • Kvantitativ bestemmelse 25 µL prøve,20 µL anti-Vitamin D coated para-magnetiske partikler samt buffer (ethanol, spalter 25-OH Vitamin D fra dets bindingsprotein) inkuberes i 10 min. Under inkuberingen binder 25-OH Vitamin D sig til de para-magnetiskepartikler, coated med anti-Vitamin D Vitamin D-Isoluminol konjugat tilsættes. Det binder sig til ikke-besatte pladser på de para-magnetiske partikler (konkurrerer om pladserne med det ubundne D vitamin i prøven) Efter 10 min. inkubering, vaskes ubundet konjugat væk. Starter Reagenserne tilsætte og prøven aflæses. De målte RLU værdier eromvendt proportionalt med koncentrationen af 25 OH Vitamin D i prøven.
