Show-Downs.com - Overview • Overview • The objective Show-Downs.com is create online universe where independent, unestablished artists of all types can showcase their talent and at the same time compete against other artist to get recognized and rewarded from their growing popularity on the site through our rewards system. • As an Artist the key thing about our site is the more you compete (or “Show-Down”) the more you have a chance to win and get rewarded! (Really reward, for things like free gift certificates or Studio time for demos and photo shoots) • Some of the highlights include: • A single web portal that offers music, modeling, comedy and all other facets of entertainment that the public can vote on and determine who is the best • Artists will be able to get recognized as well as start distributing their content on our site • Web formatted competition layout that will allow artists the opportunity to compete on regular basis with other artist AND GET REWARDED FOR WINNING! • Site visitors that are not competing (fans) can vote on artists they deem the best in that particular competition therefore giving that artist a win. • (Artists) Get Rewards as well as sell materials (coming soon) through the site (Fan Reward process coming soon)

Show-Downs.com – Reward System Reward Planning: Reward Levels: Level1 - 200 to 300 points = $100 gift certificate to local art, clothing or supply store Level2 - 301 to 400 points = $200 gift certificate to local art, clothing or supply store Level3 - 401 to 500 points = $300 gift certificate to local art, clothing or supply store Level4 - 501 to 600 points = Sponsorship of an event for redeeming artist Level5 - 601 to 700 points = Sponsorship of an event for redeeming artist plus $50 gift certificate to local art, clothing or supply store Level6 - 701 to 800 points = Sponsorship of an event for redeeming artist plus $100 gift certificate to local art, clothing or supply store Level7 - 801 to 900 points = Sponsorship of an event for redeeming artist plus $150 gift certificate to local art, clothing or supply store Level8 - 901 to 1000 points = $1,500 gift certificate to local art, clothing, or supply store (See site terms for further detail on definition of sponsorship limits)
