About Music Celebrations • MCI is a full-service concert and festival organizing company. • John Wiscombe founded MCI in 1993. As a youth, he spent several years as a tour manager throughout Europe. He has now been in the music travel business for over 45 years. • Our Staff is composed of a unique blend of musicians and travel industry professionals. • We are musicians serving musicians. • MCI staff has a combined 200+ years experience in designing and operating concert tours . Concert Tour Inclusions • Concert arrangements for all performances and workshops, including necessary permits and clearances • Official recognition, quality concert venues, and publicity • Round-trip transportation by deluxe motorcoach based on afternoon arrival • Hotel accommodations based on quad occupancy • Meals include daily breakfast, one lunch, and for Tour 1A daily dinner, and for Tour 1B three dinners (breakfast is not included on the day of arrival and dinner is not included on the day of departure) • One souvenir T-shirt and Photo Video for each participant (Tour 1A only) • Tips, taxes, and gratuities are paid to hotel personnel • $2M MCI Tour Liability Insurance Coverage MCI Concert Tours with Integrity
May 27 (M) – Boise, ID • Morning departure from Spanish Fork, UT via motorcoach • Afternoon arrival in Boise • Clinic with Robert Franc, conductor of the Boise Philharmonic • Transfer to your hotel for check-in • Evening dinner at a local restaurant • Time at leisure at the Boise Town Square Mall for shopping or other activities • Return to the hotel for overnight Overnight in Boise
May 28 (T) – Boise / Portland, OR • Breakfast at the hotel • Transfer to Portland via Multnomah • Lunch on own • Visit Multnomah Falls, a waterfall as magnificent and memorable as any in the country. Visiting Multnomah Falls, a 611-foot-tall roaring, awe-inspiring cascade of icy water, lets you experience the power and beauty of nature up close. There are nice walks you can take for different views of the falls • Continue to Portland and visit the beautiful Waterfront and enjoy the Rose Festival activities • Evening dinner in a local restaurant (Tour 1A only) • Transfer to your hotel for overnight Overnight in Portland
May 29 (W) – Portland / Newport, OR • Breakfast at the hotel • Concert in Portland at the World Trade Center Plaza as part of 106th Annual Rose Festival! • Lunch on own • Afternoon transfer to Newport • Upon arrival visit the Yaquina Head Lighthouse and experience the unique cobble beach and discover the sea life in their world famous tide pools. Enjoy free time on the historic Bayfront including quaint shops and artisan galleries. • Evening dinner at the “Table of Contents” restaurant at the Sylvia Beach Hotel. This is a fun and interactive family style dinner set in the dining room of a historic beach house with each room decorated and dedicated to a different author. • Transfer to the hotel for overnight Overnight in Newport

May 30 (Th) – Newport / Ashland, OR • Breakfast at the hotel • Morning exchange concert/clinic with Coast music students as an education outreach concert in the Newport Performing Arts Center • Lunch provided by the Newport Symphony • Transfer to Florence for dune buggy rides on the Sand Dunes • Continue to Ashland – Home of the year round Oregon Shakespeare Festival nestled at the base of the convergence of the Siskiyou and Cascade Mountain Ranges. • Evening dinner at a local restaurant • Transfer to your hotel for overnight Overnight in Ashland
May 31 (F) – Ashland / Reno, NV • Breakfast at the hotel • Morning free time in historic downtown Ashland and Lithia Park (93 acres right off the center of downtown, Lithia Park is a place where peace may be found along the many well maintained footpaths scattered though the park) • Lunch on own • Lunchtime concert in Lithia Park • Afternoon departure for Reno • Dinner in a local restaurant (Tour 1A only) • Transfer to your hotel for overnight Overnight in Reno
June 1 (Sa) – Reno / Spanish Fork, UT • Breakfast at the hotel • Board your coach for return transfer to Spanish Fork, UT
