Steering Committee Charge • Sponsor and guide the planning process. • Identify strategic issues and opportunities. • Develop the framing questions the plan will address. • Monitor the progress of working groups and react to their ideas. • Participate in the development of goals and strategies.
Possible Working Group Deliverables • Final Report Should: • Address Strategic Goals for the specific domain – what should the university accomplish in the next five years • Strategies and Big Bets – what actions should the university take to achieve the recommended goals • Identify ideas for 2-3 significant investments or decisions that could have a substantial impact on the future of CWRU • Responses to WG specific framing questions
