Guiding Principles • No member of the Tumwater Rotary Club can present themselves as a representative, without prior Board approval, that commits dollars or volunteer hours.
Filters • The program or organization receiving support should be in Tumwater, for all local community projects or program provisions. (Benefitting Tumwater Residents) • The money should be distributed to a recognized group or organization; not an individual. • Are there other agencies providing a duplicate service? • Tumwater Rotary should receive recognition for their contribution.

Additional Fundraiser Ideas • Wine Tasting - 71.4% • Bite of Tumwater - 71.4% • Auctions - 28.6% • Additional Comments/Suggestions: • I worry that we have too many fund raisers requiring too much time from members; mostly several weekends in the summer. X 2 • Use the trailer to more or sell it; raffle an item. • Beer Festival in Tumwater
Additional Club Fellowship • Sports Night - 52.9% • Old Fashioned Picnic - 47.1% • Dine Around - 47.1% • Additional Comments/Suggestions: • Appreciate the fellowship activities, but I am concerned about the fiscal loss to the Club. • Annual fireside with new members hosted at someone’s home. • Joint meetings with other clubs.

X 3 • Probably not, do not live in Tumwater, but wouldn’t change it now for anything. • It is where I live and work.
