  2. To set up an Exchange email account in the Office 365 email client , proceed with the following instructions to configureOffice 365 mail server exchange.

  3. Automatic: Step : 1 Open the main interface of the Office 365 email client and click the File tab located at the top-left corner. Step : 2 Select the Add Account option , type the email address of your account , and click the Connect option. Step : 3 When you see a prompt dialog box , enter the email account’s password. Step : 4 Click the OK option , followed by the Finish option. Step : 5 To add the server settings , go to the Account Information window and choose the Server Settings option from the Account Settings drop-down list.
