Customer devel- ops, underwrites, and markets specialty insurance, extended service contracts and other risk management solutions in collaborative rela- tionships with financial institutions, retailers, automobile dealers, utili- ties, funeral homes and other entities. Besides, customer is also looking for customization around corporate branding and user experience features. Also, cus- tomization is required for BI reporting to enhance more from the stan- dard reporting solutions NOUS SOLUTION: Nous strategic solution to the customer revolves more around tai- lored customizations to address specific needs of the customer. Our engagement with the customer was carried on hybrid model to deliver cost effective solutions.
