  2. Indikator Keberhasilan JPK-MM Lintas Batas : • 100% pasien lintas batas terlayani baik memp kartu askes maupun SKTM • 100% pasien maskin & tdk mampu lintas batas bebas iur biaya • Terselenggaranya cross notification thd kasus2 lintas batas pada daerah asal

  3. Peranan Dinkes dalam kegiatan penunjang : • Yankes daerah kepulauan & terpencil • Perbaikan gudang farmasi - Mengusulkan,melaks & mengawasi 3. Penyediaan obat esensial PKD - Mengusulkan & mengawasi dg catatan jenis obat sesuai kebutuhan & expiration datenya masih panjang - Mengusulkan handling cost sampai ke Pusk. • Vaksin - Pendistribusian sampai ke Pusk. 5. Penyediaan sarana & prasarana - Mengusulkan & mendistribusikan

  4. Kesepakatan Lintas Batas untuk JPK-MM • Semua masy. Sasaran harus dpt pelayanan sesuai standart. • Tidak ada klaim lintas propinsi, biaya dibebankan pada pemberi pelayanan (yankesdas) & PT. Askes untuk rujukan

  5. REKOMENDASI • Segera menyusun finalisasi manlak JPK-MM tahap II yang operable termasuk didlmnya : - penentuan sasaran & kriteria (dg perhatian pada T4, penghuni panti, napi, anjal, korban bencana) - penyelenggaraan pelaksanaan - pengorganisasian - monev • Segera dibuat alokasi anggaran dg dasar perhitungannya • Segera terbitkan pedoman safe guarding • Melakukan assessment thd pelaks JPK-MM tahap I • Untuk PT. Askes segera melakukan pendataan & pengadaan kartu bagi JPK-MM tahap II
