  2. Definisi Hemotoraks Adanya darah di dalam cavum pleura

Patofisiologi & Etiologi • Trauma tajam / tumpul, pada trauma tumpuldapattimbulfrakturkosta yang mengakibatkanrobekanpembuluhdarahinterkostalisdanjaringanparu. • Non Trauma,berkaitandengankeganasan , komplikasiakibatpenmberianantikoagulanmpadaterapiembloliparu, haemorhagicdiasthesis , penyulitpneumotoraksspontan, rupturaneurisma aorta.

  4. GejalaKlinis • Sesaknapas • Nyeri dada • Syokhiopovolemik BeratnyaKeluhandanGerjala yang timbul, tergantiungberat danringannya trauma.

  5. Diagnose Klinis Anamnesa: riwayat trauma dada / pascapembedahan PemeriksaanFisik: tanda – tandasepertiEfusi Pleura Gambaranradiologi: SepertiEfusi pleura + trauma kostae PungsiPercobaan : cairankemerahan ( darah ), dilakukan pemeriksaan lab: Kadar HB / HCT cairan Pleura > 50% dari Kadar HB / HCT darahtepi.

  6. Penatalksanaan • PemasanganKateterToraks / WSD • Torakotomi ( bilaperdarahan> 200 cc / jam ), dantdakadatanda – tandaPerdarahanberkurang

  7. Penyulit • SyokHipovolemik • GagalNapas
