The term not being abusive or insulting still served a lot of disappointment to the other gender. This idea of not accepting a particular norm came up when woman starting taking the lead and were equally capable to handle business. The idea of women empowerment- a step to move a little ahead can be seen through the achievements of Alexa Mierop.
