  2. RESOLUCIÓN 2400 DE 1979 (mayo 22) MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL Por la cual se establecen algunas disposiciones sobre vivienda, higiene y seguridad en los establecimientos de trabajo. EL MINISTRO DE TRABAJO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL en uso de las facultades que le confiere el Artículo 348 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, el Artículo 10 del Decreto No. 13 de Enero 4 de 1967 y el Decreto No.062 de Enero 16 de 1976, reorgánico del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social

  3. TÍTULO I. DISPOSICIONES GENERALES. CAPÍTULO I. CAMPO DE APLICACIÓN.

  4. CAPÍTULO II. OBLIGACIONES DE LOS PATRONOS

  5. Proveer y mantener el medio ambiente ocupacional

  10. No introducir bebidos u otras substancias no autorizadas en los lugares o centros de trabajo ni presentarse en los mismos bajo los efectos de sustancias embriagantes, estupefacientes o alucinógenas

  11. TÍTULO II. DE LOS INMUEBLES DESTINADOS A ESTABLECIMIENTOS DE TRABAJO

  12. Tendrán las dimensiones necesarias en cuanto a extensión superficial y capacidad Iluminación en cantidad y calidad Salidas de emergencia Reformas o modificaciones

  13. CAPITULO II. SERVICIOS DE HIGIENE Los comedores, casinos, se deberán ubicar fuera de los lugares de trabajo unopor cada quince trabajadores Cambio de ropas de los Trabajadores, separados por sexos El agua para consumo humano debe ser potable

  14. CAPÍTULO IV. DE LA HIGIENE EN LOS LUGARES DE TRABAJO ORDEN Y LIMPIEZA. Residuos de primeras materias o de fabricación, aguas residuales Evitar la entrada o procreación de insectos, roe dores u otros plagas dentro del área de trabajo Limpieza de las salas de trabajo Los pisos de las salas de trabajo y los corredores

  15. CAPÍTULO V. EVACUACIÓN DE RESIDUOS O DESECHOS Aguas de desechos industriales, y demás residuos líquidos o sólidos procedentes de establecimientos industriales Basuras se deberán recolectar en recipientes que permanezcan tapados Se dispondrá de drenajes apropiados
