  12. 1、将蛋黄和白糖搅拌均匀 。 2、将准备好的牛奶倒入锅中，煮至微开。 3、将煮好的牛奶 慢慢的倒入打好的蛋液中 边倒边搅拌。 4、将牛奶和蛋液搅拌均匀。 5、将加入牛奶并搅拌均匀的蛋液 再次倒入锅中，煮至微开。之后，将蛋液放入容器，等其凉凉后放入冰箱冷冻室即可。
