  3. Reports are for the previous month. Example: The April report is due May 10th.

  4. Divisions can be found at http://www.iikeyclub.org/lieutenant-governors/

  5. Specify type of project Name of project Number of members present Rate from 5 (good) to 1(bad) Total number of everyone’s hours from every project that month

  6. Example: Mondays @ 7:30 AM Outside of school at your sponsoring Kiwanis’ meetings

  7. Interclub meeting possibilities: Another Key Club Kiwanis Club Other branch of Kiwanis family

  8. Special speaker example: Kiwanian Lt. Governor Special Guest What was the topic?

  9. NOT the club’s regular meetings– typically only officers and sponsors Club officers (President, Vice President, etc.)

  10. Notifies your Lt. Governor that your club officers need help/have questions Provide a description of what we can do to help and an email address where materials can be sent

  11. Provide a description of what your club did to publicize Key Club Examples: Posters, Newspaper Articles, Announcements In order to receive credit, proof must be sent to the District Statistical Secretary via email or snail mail

  12. Rate Lt. Governor performance: 5=good job 1=bad job

  13. How has your Lt. Governor earned the rating given? Be as specific as possible so they can learn and improve!

  14. Nominate an outstanding Key Club member for the chance for them to be featured in the Iolian Include a description of what makes them stand out Provide the contact information for the person who nominated the Key Clubber or someone that can provide more information on the nominee
