Shutdown 2012 • Machine Status: • RFQ commissioning : Beam into Linac starting November 14th. • NTF Scheduled for Patient Treatment week of December 10th • TeV & Muon Rings – Partially available for tours with approval and appropriate training • Site is currently being powered from Master SubStation & KautzRoad SubStation

  3. Power Outages – MSS Bypass • Booster Tower East • November 26th work began and lasts ~2.5 weeks • Booster East parking compromised • Main Ring road was closed from 11/26-30, and will be closed again 12/12-14. • Booster Tower East & West • Saturday, December 8th @ 0700-1530 • Booster Gallery, Towers, and Tunnel • Perform annual maintenance • Booster Tower East • Saturday, December 15th @ 0700-1900 • Booster East Gallery, Towers, and Tunnel • Tie in new switch at A0 and switch pad

  4. Power Outages – MSS Bypass • High Intensity Lab (HIL) Oil Switch • December 17thfor ~ 2 weeks • Will be running house power off a generator • Impacts HIL & PW8 • NS7 Oil Switch • December 20th for ~ 2 weeks • Will be running house power off a generator • Impacts – NS7 Service Building and Adjacent Enclosures (NM2, NM3) • NS1 Oil Switch • January 18th for ~ 2 weeks • Will be running house power off a generator • Impacts – NS1 Service Building and Adjacent Enclosures (N01, NM1) • MS1 & MS2 • January 31st for ~ 2 weeks • Will be running house power off a generator • Impacts – MS1 & MS2 Service Buildings and Adjacent Enclosures (M01, M02, & M03) • PS1 Oil Switch • February 20th for ~ 2 weeks • Will be running house power off a generator • Impacts – PS1 Service Buildings and Adjacent Enclosures (P01). TSB?
