Projet EDCTP préparation essais vaccinaux • Objectif général: renforcer les capacités de sites et conduire des études spécifiques pour la préparation d’essais vaccinaux de prévention du VIH • Objectifs spécifiques: • Développer et maintenir des cohortes de femmes à risque • Caractériser les souches VIH circulantes dans diff. pop. • Déterminer les facteurs génétiques et immunologiques liés à la résistance du VIH et/ou progression maladie
