PGP Renewal • Timeline: • May 25, 2010 – Warnings begin • June 22, 2010 – Expiration of product • Sept. 22, 2010 – Decryption of drives • Update to license file • Goal: In place by end of next week • Once the file is in place, all machines should be updated the next time they connect to the Internet.

PGP Renewal • Pricing: • Final pricing is not fully set • Top end: $18/copy • University of Cincinnati potential • Pricing will be finalized by the time the new license file is in place. • Potential to spread the cost over the three year period, driving the cost this year lower. • Targeting $10-12, if possible

  5. Microsoft Campus Agreement • The IUC has made an award to two resellers • SHI • Insight • We may choose one for the Campus Agreement and a different one for Select • We cannot have two resellers for the CA or two resellers for Select

  6. Microsoft Campus Agreement • Currently: • Campus Agreement Pricing • Fac/Staff: $38.38 • Student: $1.62 • ECAL uplift: $8.15 • Select Pricing • 20.25% discount • Review of pricing seems to indicate some items may be provided at 18-19% discount

  7. MS Reseller – SHI • SHI has made many concessions • 4 hour turn-around • remediation plan • visits and face-to-face quarterly reviews to resolve issues • Transitioning over to the new account team • Adrianna Manzi would be our new rep.
