Standard – problemy z definicją • wspólnie ustalone kryterium, które określa powszechne, zwykle najbardziej pożądane cechy produktu, usługi, zachowania • poziom czegoś ustalany według określonych norm; także: przeciętny typ czegoś, norma • typowy, przeciętny model, wzorzec; gatunek jakiegoś wyrobu odpowiadający określonym wymogom, normom; wzorzec, norma .

  3. Norma • dokument opisujący standard/-y w sposób sformalizowany i ustanawiany zgodnie ze stosownymi procedurami • podaje do powszechnego i stałego użytku sposoby postępowania lub cechy charakterystyczne wyrobów, procesów lub usług • może mieć charakter • dokumentu technicznego (stosowanie jest fakultatywne) albo • prawno-technicznego (stosowanie jest obligatoryjne)
