Academic Student Support Strategies Case management * intrusive intervention (met 1-0n-1 with case manager at least 2 times) * increase retention rate (fall to spring) Case Managed Students = 79% Non-Case Managed Students = 71% * increase success rate Case Managed Students = 74% Non-Case Managed Students = 52%
