P R I N C I P A L E S L O G R O SVinculados a los Objetivos Dado el estado de desarrollo del Proyecto no es posible plantear logros específicos respecto de los Objetivos Planteados en el Proyecto. Los avances que se han realizado a la fecha están consignados en el punto “Actividades Realizadas”. No obstante lo anterior la conformación y consolidación del Equipo de Gestión del Proyecto puede considerarse un logro en esta primera etapa del proyecto

DIFICULTADES EN EL DESARROLLO DEL PROYECTO Dado que este es el primer Proyecto MECESUP que se ha adjudicado la Universidad Central de Chile, una de las principales dificultades en el desarrollo del mismo ha sido lograr una adecuada coordinación entre las diferentes unidades que intervienen en el mismo. Otra dificultad dice relación con lograr un acabado conocimiento acerca de los Procedimientos definidos por el MECESUP, para las diferentes instancias planteadas en el Proyecto (Asistencias Técnicas, Visitas, Pasantías, etc.)
