OPERAÇÃO CARRO PIPA • Customização do sistema (necessidade); • Pagamento apenas com o carro cheio (manacial – cisterna); • Valor a ser pago (R$ = KM x I x Capacidade do veículo); • Certeza da água entregue (certeza no pagamento); • Mananciais (certeza da água com condições de potabilidade); • Carros com o MEM (24h); • Cisternas (Quem são as famílias?) Obs. O decreto nº 38.178, de 16 de maio de 2012, que estabelece que os Conselhos Municipais de desenvolvimento Rural definirá as rotas e as famílias a serem atendidas por carro pipa.

  5. DIFICULDADES • Relação com poucas famílias – 37 famílias; • ½ das famílias cadastradas; • Famílias com água encanada; • Famílias cadastradas dizendo que não precisa de água pois tem poços; • Famílias cadastradas sem cisternas; • Famílias cadastradas onde o caminhão pipa não chega;
