  2. INTRODUCTION • The ADDIE model presentation is an instructional design model that consists of 5 phases: 1.) Analysis, 2.) Design, 3.) Development, 4.) Implementation, and 5.) Evaluation. • This model has an outcome that each step given for the next step is in sequence order of detail and explanation.

  4. ANALYSIS • In the analysis phase it is determined that a conclusion must be examined to something in detail in order to understand it why it functions in a certain way. • Identify the problem. • Determine goals. • Learning objectives.

  5. DESIGN • The design phase deals with learning objectives, the subject content, a step by step lesson and media selection. This phase should contain a logical order and be specific in detail. • According to the behavioral outcomes an instructional strategies should be applied for cognitive, affective and psychomotor. • Create prototype. • Apply visual or graphic design.

  6. DEVELOPMENT • The development phase is where an assemble begins with the content of instructional designs and develops a creative draft in the design phase. In this phase, all procedures are reviewed and revised for testing purposes according to feedback received.

  7. IMPLEMENTATION • In the implementation phase, a procedure for learners is developed. The procedure should cover the course expectations, learning outcomes, delivery method, and testing procedures. • This phase is critical because a project should be well prepared to provide all books, CD-ROMs, hand-on training videos/links, software/tools, and that the website is available for use.

  8. EVALUATION • The evaluation phase consists of 2parts: • Formative and Summative. Formative evaluationis presented in each stage of the ADDIE process. • Summative evaluationconsists of testing the designed criteria-related material and an opportunity to receive feedback from users. Corrections are made accordingly and as necessary.

  9. CONCLUSION • The ADDIE model is significantly used for different variations of projects and for company’s training methods. • It is a great instructional design that works for both a trainee at a company and a student at a university.
