La publicité • Marché < 4 000 € HT : publicité facultative • 4 000 € HT ≤ Marché < 90 000 € HT publicité librement adaptée par le PA aux caractéristiques du marché, notamment au montantet à la nature des travaux • 90 000 € HT ≤ Marché < 5 270 000 € HT publication obligatoire au choix du PA soit au BOAMP soit dans un Journal d’Annonces légales  publication éventuelle à l’appréciation du PA dans un journal spécialisé du secteur concerné.

  3. La publicité • Marché ≥5 270 000 € HT  publication obligatoire au BOAMP et au JOUE pré information obligatoire en cas de réduction des délais de réception des offres.
