DE CANDIDATURAS (Art. 10) -> PROPAGANDA ELEITORAL (Art. 36 a 58-A) -> DATA DA ELEIÇÃO (Art. 59 a 72) -> DIPLOMAÇÃO (Art. 215 do CE)

  2. DIREITO ELEITORAL FASES DO PROCESSO ELEITORAL LEI Nº 9.504/97 – LEI DAS ELEIÇÕES CONVENÇÕES Art. 8º: Período – 10 a 30/06/2011; § 1º: Candidatura nata; § 2º: Utilização de prédios públicos; Art. 9º: Filiação e domicílio (1 ano antes da eleição); Par. Único: Fusão ou incorporação de partidos.

DIREITO ELEITORAL FASES DO PROCESSO ELEITORAL LEI Nº 9.504/97 – LEI DAS ELEIÇÕES COLIGAÇÕES Art. 6º: Regra de simetria; § 1º: Trato com a Justiça Eleitoral; § 4º: Questionamento de validade da coligação; Art. 7º: Normas do estatuto (matéria interna corporis); § 2º: Anulação p/ oposição às diretrizes nacionais; §3º: Comunicação da anulação à JE em 30 dias; § 4º: Nova convenção em 10 dias.

DIREITO ELEITORAL FASES DO PROCESSO ELEITORAL LEI Nº 9.504/97 – LEI DAS ELEIÇÕES REGISTRO DE CANDIDATURAS Art. 10: Limitado a 150% do nº de vagas; § 1º: Coligação tem o dobro de vagas; § 2º: Entes federativas com menos de 20 vagas -> partido tem o dobro e coligação o dobro + 50%; § 3º: Percentual por sexo -> 70 e 30%; § 4º: Vagas remanescentes, preenchimento até 60 dias antes das eleições.

DIREITO ELEITORAL FASES DO PROCESSO ELEITORAL LEI Nº 9.504/97 – LEI DAS ELEIÇÕES REGISTRO DE CANDIDATURAS Art. 13: Substituição de candidatos; § 1º: Registro em 10 dias do fato ou da notificação do partido; § 2º: Proporcional em até 60 dias antes da eleição; Obs: na majoritária em qualquer tempo antes do pleito (obedecido o prazo do § 1º) - CE, art. 102, § 2º (Ac. TSE no RESPE 25.568, de 06/12/2007).
