Dall’idea alle attività • Scopo del sistema: • creare una rete estesa per raggiungere un più efficace e preciso monitoraggio delle merci pericolose • Come? • combinando i dati AIS con i dati del documento “portcall file” • identificando gli eventi critici e le tipologie di emergenze • realizzando una “centrale di gestione” per il controllo della movimentazione delle merci pericolose • abilitando il monitoraggio delle aree marine protette PREVENZIONE
