What Is WSTA • WSTA is made up of the Chairs Persons or their Designees from each of the member states, Senate and House Transportation Committees (20 Possible Members) • WSTA also has a Co-Operative Committee which make all the Principle Policy Decisions • WSTA Convenes for two Meetings a Year
