Famílias com renda mensal até R$ 1.600,00; • Municípios com população inferior a 20 mil habitantes – 30 unidades habitacionais; • Municípios com população entre 20 e 50 mil habitantes – 60 unidades habitacionais; • Valor máximo de aquisição: R$ 35.000,00 (trinta e cinco mil reais); • Compreende os custos de edificação, tributos, despesas de legalização e execução de infraestrutura interna, excetuada a de responsabilidade da distribuidora de energia elétrica;

Contrapartida do ente público: • Terreno • Elaboração e execução do trabalho social • O beneficiário pagará 120 prestações mensais, correspondentes a 5% da renda bruta familiar mensal, com valor mínimo fixado em R$ 25,00; • As empresas do setor da construção civil deverão apresentar às instituições financeiras oficiais federais projetos de produção de empreendimentos para alienação dos imóveis.
