  2. FACTORES QUE INFLUEYEN EN LA SOBREVIDA < 1 AÑO. • Tipo de Donante. • Experiencia del equipo. • Características del donante. • Títulos de Ac contra panel. • Edad del transplante. • Isquemia fría. • Edad donante. • Número de injerto.

  3. FACTORES QUE INFLUEYEN EN LA SOBREVIDA > 1 AÑO. • Edad donante. • Raza del receptor. • Centro de transplante. • Tipo de donante. • HLA A- Dr. • Edad receptor. • Estado medico.

  4. NEFROPATIA CRONICA DEL INJERTO. • Rechazo crónico. ( incomp HLA,sensibilizacion previa rechazo agudo,Infección CyA a dosis bajas). • Nefrotoxicidad crónica por CyA. • Injuria en el injerto. • HTA. • Obstrucción urinaria. • Recurrencia de la enfermedad de base. • Patogenia: mecanismos inmunológicos y no inmunológicos.

  5. VALORACION PRETRASPLANTE. • Contraindicaciones absolutas: • Expectativa de vida menor a 1 año. • Enfermedad maligna reciente o intratable. • Infecciones no tratables(agudas o crónicas). • HIV infección. • Problemática psicosocial. • ABO diferente. • Crossmatch positivo.

  6. EVALUACION DE LAS CONDICIONES COMORBIDAS. Enfermedad cardiovascular. Diabetes Mellitus. Citomegalovirus. Hepatitis viral. Enfermedad cardiovascular. Enfermedades renales primarias.. Edad Avanzada. Obesidad. Aspectos psicosociales.. Transpalnte renal previo.
