PROGRAMA RENOVA ES UN PROGRAMA IMPLEMENTADO POR EL GOBIERNO NACIONAL QUE PERMITE RENOVAR EL PARQUE AUTOMOTOR DEL TRANSPORTE URBANO, MEDIANTE EL REEMPLAZO DE LOS VEHÍCULOS QUE HAN CUMPLIDO SU VIDA ÚTIL POR UNIDADES NUEVAS QUE GARANTICEN LAS CONDICIONES DE SEGURIDAD, CONFORT, BUEN SERVICIO Y MEJORAS AL MEDIO AMBIENTE. LAS ENTIDADES INTERVINEINTES EN EL PROCESO SON: CNTTSV CFN EMPRESA CHATARIZADORA CONCESIONARIOS

MANUAL DE GESTIÓN El manual de gestión que propongo es un conjunto de instrucciones que contiene las acciones que deben seguirse en la ejecución de los proyectos, para que sea una fuente de información permanente actualizada que facilite una organización correcta y una buena ejecución de las actividades que son parte de la hoja de ruta. Además regulará la participación de los distintos involucrados en el programa. Objetivo Proponer un Manual de Gestión, para direccionar las actividades que correspondan a cada gestión.
