  4. Funding Status • Funding statuses may not be updated by OSP • Watch for “yellow” dates to see if end date is in the past • Manually update status, then date will return to “black”

  5. Full APA Format APA Format - Cynthia • Change within Preferences • Adds punctuation to author names • Will apply to all CV formats • Can change back and forth easily based on faculty choice • Will not change how you enter author strings

(ie: all options on one screen and you choose anything needed?) (one master list of options) • Specifics – here is the need & the report is very basic • How would the new reports look? • Like new Flex entry screens? • Consistency • Definitions of Reporting capabilities? • What Reporting options would you like to see? • Word / PDF / …? • Ideas? • Examples?
