Electronic Early Entry CV Process • After logging into the MBM CV System, proceed directly to the “Application Launcher” tab • Click on the “Faculty Maintenance” icon • Only Faculty Coordinators will have access to this application.
Electronic Early Entry CV Process • Faculty Monitoring Grid • Track submitted requests • Search for Faculty
Electronic Early Entry CV Process • Request New Faculty Member form
Electronic Early Entry CV Process • Fill in as many fields as you have data for. • Before submitting the request, you need to email the faculty CV to the MBM Office.
Electronic Early Entry CV Process • Select Attachment Type: CV • Add any comments/instructions • Browse to find file by clicking the “Browse” button • Click “Upload” to email document to the MBM Office
Electronic Early Entry CV Process Once the CV document is uploaded the Faculty Coordinator and the MBM Office will receive an email with the CV document attached.
Electronic Early Entry CV Process • Submit request to MBM Office by clicking the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.
Electronic Early Entry CV Process Once the MBM Office has approved the Early Entry request, the Faculty Coordinator and the MBM Office will receive a notification email.
