  2. Review Guide • Complete your review guide. • Check your answers. • Make sure you have the minimum amounts of details. • Write neatly and change carefully! • Check-in. • Study with a partner. • Take turns asking and answering questions.

  3. Complete Immigration Reflection • Reflect: • How did you feel? • Positives and Negatives: • What are some good things about immigration? • What are some bad things about immigration? • Write about it! • Write a paragraph that includes: • Topic/opening sentence • At least two good things and two bad things. • A closing sentence.

  4. How does each game experience connect to actual immigration? • Some groups did not have enough crayons or papers in the small rectangle. • Some people left their country of origin for many reasons. • Each group lost a point when someone immigrated into the large rectangle. • It was expensive to immigrate and many families had to make a big sacrifice. • When all groups joined the large rectangle, they did not have as much space as group 1. • Some immigrants face discrimination in their new country. • Group 1 had more crayons and papers than all the other groups. • Immigrants often have to work harder for less pay. • To enter the large rectangle, each person needed to crabwalk and complete a task. • The journey to America can be a difficult one. The long process includes filling out forms and passing tests.
