Leadership aspiration of the Freedom Team of India.
E N D
Leadership aspiration of the Freedom Team of India Today I came across the following powerpoint slides on the internet, purporting to be by one Mukesh Menon. Unfortunately, I can’t find out who Mukesh is, but whoever he is, he has done an excellent job at summarising key differences between leaders and managers. I believe this precisely is the kind of leader we are looking for on the Freedom Team of India. If you fit the bill, please join FTI. Also, please read these related slides: http://www.sanjeev.sabhlokcity.com/level5-unslides.pdf One thing I believe: that leadership is not in-born. It is developed. Let’s all aspire to value-based leadership. Finally, I invite you to read my blog http://sabhlokcity.com/ where I promote liberty and good governance everywhere, particularly in India. On my blog you’ll find many of my other writings (books, articles). Once again, well done Mukesh Menon! Sanjeev Sabhlok, 22 April 2011
