Project manager: informs all partners and individual project team members, researchers about the state of the project, about the obstructions, delayed in WPs, tasks, new subtasks, adaptation to the actual state. The project manager is the main person who accept all information and spread them to all partners – key position. Regular way how to transfer and spread informations to relevant partners, persons: status smetings, status reports. The ways of communication and the frequency of them has to be adjusted just before the starting of the project and the partners have to be informed about this and they have to aggre with this communication plan.
