Main changes - LCWRA Walking becomes mobilising – increased to 50m and repetition brought in Manual dexterity – keypad or pages of book Continence – at least once a week requiring change of clothes Communication – making self understood or understanding simple message Maintaining personal hygiene and personal action combined New descriptors – awareness of hazard, coping with change, coping with social engagement, appropriateness of behaviour
