  1. 酒名： 2006 Orma Toscana RossoIGT 七橋酒莊歐瑪托斯卡納紅酒 酒廠： TENUTA SETTE PONTI 產區：Tuscany, Bolgheri or Bolgheri Sassicaia (DOC)義大利托斯卡尼 品種： 40% Cabernet Franc、40% Merlot 20% Cabernet Sauvignon 料號： 10470806 Tenuta Sette Ponti，座落於義大利托斯卡尼中部的奇揚第(Toscana Chianti)葡萄酒產區，在優美古城Arezzo西北邊15哩的地方。Sette Ponti，指的就是從Arezzo到Florence沿途經過Arno河的七座橋。1957年，建築師Alberto Moretti先生從皇室家族手中買下了750公頃的牧場莊園，也種植葡萄轉賣當地的酒商，而如今整個莊園是交由他兒子Antonio Moretti接掌管理。為了追隨自己對葡萄酒的熱愛，1997年，Antonio決心重整家族所擁有的葡萄園，請來了義大利知名的釀酒大師，Carlo Ferrini，開始生產自家品牌的酒。Antonio優秀的經營管理者角色，引領一群葡萄酒界的專家團隊們，在短短數年的時間內，已經在國際間打響名聲，成為您不容忽視的義大利托斯卡尼新起之秀… Viticulture : Orma是七橋酒莊在托斯卡尼近海岸的BolgheriSassicaia 地區(在Maremma產區裡)所成立的酒莊，葡萄樹尚為年 輕，平均樹齡8年。 !!! 這款超級托斯卡尼酒是酒莊釀製的第一個年份 !!! Vinification : 採收完的果實先經過18天的汁液浸皮，發酵完成後，才 在225公升的法國橡木桶中熟成1年，且經過1年瓶中熟成。 Tasting Note : 色澤深如紫羅蘭，濃郁的漿果、香料香，隱約中還帶有菸 草的氣息。入口酒體飽滿，酒質柔順，融合了細膩的單寧、甜美的果味以及香料味。建議搭配如口味重的肉類或燒烤料理。 Awards: Wine Spectator93分 Robert Parker 90分 www.evergreet.com.tw
