Cancers bronchiques Étude randomisée de phase II/III IFCT-GFPC-0701 MAPS : Pémétrexed-cisplatine avec ou sans bévacizumab chez des patients porteurs de mésothéliome pleural malin Pémétrexed : 500 mg/m2 (J1) Cisplatine : 75 mg/m2 (J1) 6 cycles • Mésothéliome pleural • Confirmation histologique (thoracoscopie ++) • PS = 0-2 • Pas de comorbidités cardiovasculaires • Non prétraité A Pas de permutation autorisée Cycle de 21 jours R Pémétrexed : 500 mg/m2 (J1) Cisplatine : 75mg/m2 (J1) 6 cycles Bévacizumab : 15 mg/m2 (J1) Maintenance avec bévacizumab 15 mg/m2 chez les patients contrôlés (stables et RP jusqu’à progression) B Stratification : centre histologie (épithélioide contre sarcomatoïde) PS (0-1 versus 2) ASCO 2010 - D’après Zalcman G et al., abstract 7020 actualisé
