Paciente masculino de 58 años de edad, quien es conocido portador de c.isquémicacon enfde 3V severa con lesiones múltiples con malos vasos distales que lo hacen no revascularizable, pero ingresa por angor sin cambios agudos en el ECG y enzimas normales , durante su estadía en la unidad se mantiene con eventos múltiples de arritmia ventricular, repetitiva refractaria a tratamiento con Amiodarona , Atenolol y Tumetil a dosis bien elevadas y a pesar de implantarle un MCP transitorio para acortar QT , persiste con eventos repetitivos de TV Qué otro paso debemos hacer?
