Registration Update • 950 people are registered as of Tuesday. • 12 paid slots will be reimbursed to workshop presenters (1 registration per presentation). • At least 7 slots will be needed for presenters who are not already registered. • Some complimentary slots may be made available to sponsors. (Less than 10) • 2 sponsors have requested paid registration. • Thank you for looking into hotel room discrepancies!
Registration Discussion • With typical attrition rates, we can register up to 1,100 participants • If needed, which regions could generate more interest? Which are saturated? • How do we feel about inviting: • College and university colleagues • Consultants including former COE and district leaders • Non-profit educational groups • Do we need additional advertising material?

Next Step for Presenters Planning Committee Liaisons • Identify liaisons for each keynote, featured speaker and workshop provider • Liaisons will: • monitor and review session titles and descriptions and send to Renee/Suzie and Stephany • monitor presenter’s itineraries, check on arrival time, room, etc. • serve as onsite contact and logistics assistant • Other?
Budget Update • Revenue will be over projection which will offset costs for new and increased expenses • Increased registration revenue • New sponsorship revenue • New expense – Vendor Exhibit • Increased expense - AV Proposal • Presenter costs over projection • Bottom line: On track to increase profits over projection
