  3. ETAT DES LIEUX • DEUXIEME CSLP EN 2003 • Révision annuelle d’un document d’opérationnalisation (PAP-CSLP) depuis 2004 • Bilan annuel de mise en œuvre du CSLP et du PAP • Lancement des cadres régionaux (CSRP) en 2006 • Document d’étude prospective « Burkina 2025 » finalisé en 2005

INTEGRATION DU CSLP ET DES OMD • Forte convergence des principaux objectifs: • Renforcement des capacités nationales et promotion des NTIC • Réduction du déficit social • Promotion du développement rural et de la sécurité alimentaire • Amélioration de l’accès des populations pauvres à l’eau potable • Lutte contre le VIH/SIDA • Protection de l’environnement et amélioration du cadre de vie • Effort d’harmonisation des indicateurs • Faible intégration des coûts

COMMENT REORGANISER LE CSLP ? • Réorganiser le système d’information •  Aller vers une meilleure prise en compte des coûts pour l’atteinte des OMD • A court terme • Evaluation des besoins dans les secteurs prioritaires (Santé, éducation, SIDA) • A moyen terme • Etendre l’évaluation des besoins au niveau des régions régions et des autres secteurs

  6. DEFIS ET CONTRAINTES A L’ELABORATION D’UN CSLP BASE SUR LES OMD Principal défi porte sur l’évaluation des besoins pour accélérer l’atteinte des OMD. - Renforcer les méthodologie et outils d’évaluation des besoins dans les différents secteurs - Renforcer les capacités dans les différents secteurs.
