Thursday Folders * Expect Thursday folders EVERY Thursday * All graded papers will be sent home in the folder * Please check and correct any papers that are 69% or lower * Return to school the next day, signed * School news and information will also be coming home in this folder.
Homework • * Homework will come home daily in the Homework Folder. • * Homework is due when your child gets to school, the next morning. • * Homework Folder - Please return homework in the folder so it will not get lost.
Communication • *Communication is key! The planner will be our main source of communication with you to send notes and reminders home. • *Please sign planner daily. • Thank you!
Transportation • Changes in transportation can only be to become a car rider. • It must be in writing . • Any other changes must be done with the front officeahead of time at • 407-320-6850. • Please do NOT leave any messages on voice mail or Class Dojo regarding transportation!
Lunch With Your Child • Lunchroom seating not available • Picnic tables available outside lunchroom • Go to Front Office to sign in at your child’s scheduled lunch time (11:39) • Wait at picnic tables for your child’s class to arrive. No classmates to be included.
Birthday Treats and Class Parties • Birthday treat time is during snack/lunch • Send them in with your child or leave it at the front office. • Send individual items that are the SAME, nothing that needs to be cut up by the teacher. • Accommodations will be made for dietary needs. • Avoid items with nuts, peanuts, and all tree nuts please. There are two scheduled parties a year planned by room moms: * Winter Holiday party in Dec. * End of the year in May • FYI—Siblings are not permitted to attend class parties.

Progress Monitoring • Our Progress Monitoring will be assessments and teacher observations. • There will be a standardized test in the spring (April) that will be aligned to Florida Standards.
