Bono Demográfico • La mayor población está entre los 15 – 59 años (etapa productiva) • El mercado debería absorber esta fuerza productiva y los jóvenes deben tener herramientas y facilidades. • Ventana de oportunidad. La presión sobre los servicios públicos disminuye (educación, salud, pensiones, etc.) • Se pueden reorientar los recursos, ampliar cobertura, mejorar la calidad, disminuir brechas sociales. • Disminuye el peso político de jóvenes • Dismunuyen problemáticas asociadas (violencia, drogas)
