  2. Sykehistorie Mann, 58 år. 1993: Høyresidig nefrektomi pga. nyrecellekarsinom (RCC) uten påviste metastaser. Re-innlagt DNR oktober 2004 pga smerter i hø.flanke. CT/MR viste patologisk funn på høyre nyres tidligere plass. FNAC i januar 2005 ble oppfattet som residiv av RCC. Residivet ble fjernet kirurgisk.

  4. Makroskopi • Delvis gjennomskåret tumor • Store nekroser • Vekt: 1.2 kg • Største biten: 18x14cm • Fibrøs kapsel omgitt av fettvev

  5. Differensialdiagnoser Epiteloide maligne neoplasier: • Nyrecellekarsinom • Epitelialt angiosarcom • Perivaskulær celle tumor (PECom)/ Epiteloid angiomyolipom • Metastatiske karsinomer • Malignt melanom • Adrenocorticalt karsinom • Feokromocytom • Ganglioneurom med malign transformasjon…
