  2. Mission • There are people that don’t have any stuffed animals • Everyone deserves to have a stuffed animal. • Our mission is to provide a stuffed animal to everyone in the world.

  3. Situation • I am currently working out of the basement of my parent’s house • Things I need • More space to work • Better Working Conditions • Workers

  4. Action • Rent an office • Hire two staff members ($12.50/hour) • Riverhills Commons – Building G • Space 300 “new, professional office” • Many offices and ready to move in • $1,500

  5. Recommend • Leasing an office in Somerset, Wisconsin would be close to home. • New professional office, which is just what we need to get our business booming. • Affordable • Only cost $1,500 to lease.

  6. implement • Once our organization moves into the new office space, we will start working right away. • Production will increase drastically. • Invest in new sewing machines that will be faster and more efficient.

Evaluation • Once we move into an office our organization will become better known. • We will be receiving even more donations. • In 60 days our progress reports will have increased at least three times in size. • Our organization will need $1,500 for the lease and $1,000 for the employee’s salary.

  8. Leasing an office space would provide our organization with the perfect opportunity to launch our business and have space to work. Adding two new members to our staff will be a huge impact on our organization. I think that we will be more successful when we move into the new office. Our goal with leasing a new office is to increase the amount of stuffed animals that we give to the children.
