  3. Elk MDT minstens om de drie jaar • Start inspecties: voorjaar 2012 • Inspectie MDT staat los van inspectie basiswerking • Speciale situatie CLB’s

  4. Inspectieverslag • Nog bijgestuurd • Ter illustratie: proefinspectieverslag • Na opmaak is er reactiemogelijkheid • Enkel vaststelling- geen sancties • Inzage dossiers • Niet inhoudelijk • Juridisch kader • Verplicht

  5. Proefinspecties • 5 MDT’s • Doel: leerproces voor agentschap zorginspectie • Vaststellingen: • Bijsturing modelverslag • Sommige bepalingen uit MB onduidelijk voor MDT’s • Doelstellingen inspectie verduidelijken • Onzichtbaarheid MDT-werking in geheel van organisatie

  6. Tips • Aanwezigheid verantwoordelijke en betrokken teamleden • Goede voorbereiding kort inspectie in • Duur: iets meer dan halve dag • Minimale aantoonbaarheid nodig
