It will allow counterparties to trade power within the hour (subject to the counterparties and transmission providers scheduling constraints) and for longer terms. • Provides automated OASIS querying and automated tag population. • Low cost
Joint Initiative Update • Two efforts underway • OATI building out the Dynamic Scheduling System • Anybody can join (same fees as initial participants) • Within hour trading post/bulletin board • Manually post bids and offers which can be viewed by other participants. • Find postings that match their requirements, execute and confirm trades. • Locate low cost transmission paths with adequate capacity, purchase transmission rights, and create e-Tags. • OATI is preferred vendor, finalizing contract • Special offer if sign by April 30
