Aanleiding FJA Omdat: afname aantal techniekstudenten contacten met vo-scholen verwaarloosd imago van Fontys bij de buitenwereld Dus twee jaar geleden: techniekbreed samenwerken Engineering, ICT, Bedrijfsmanagement en Techniek, Toegepaste Natuurwetenschappen, Techniek en Logistiek, Pedagogisch Technische Hogeschool plusminus 10.000 uren vrijgemaakt subsidiegeld Platform Bètatechniek 2

  8. Waar staan we nu? Fontys Junior Academie Activiteiten van 10 – 18 jaar Techniekbrede samenwerking Universumscholen en technasia(32 scholen, waarvan 16 convenantscholen en 9 technasia) 8

  9. Organisatie FJA • Opdrachtgever: directieteam Techniek • Stuurgroep: portefeuillehoudend directeur + adjuncten andere instituten • Programmagroep: progr.mgr + aansluitingscoördinator per instituut • Ondersteuning • Uitvoering: docenten en studenten van de instituten

  11. Voor docenten • Docentendag Bètatechniek • Professionalisering docenten (technatoren, docenten primair onderwijs – combistages, inhoudelijke bijscholing oa. Robotica) • Docentuitwisseling tbv afstemming vo-hbo • Bijdrage aan ontwikkeling regionale vaksteunpunten ism TU/e (oa. Natuur Leven & Technologie, Wiskunde D) • Aanspreekpunt via aansluitingscoördinator bij Fontys • Website Fontys Junior Academie -> www.fontys.nl/junioracademie

Focus op kwaliteit: Actief VO workshopaanbod Uitvalpreventie en studiesucces Monitoring van resultaten Betamentalitymodel • Daarnaast focus op: Samenwerking met ROC’s Uitbreiden naar Tilburg / Den Bosch / Venlo Stevige contacten met TU/e Stuurgroep Programmagroep Projectgroepen Docenturen (10.000 pj) Studenturen 2010 en verder • Bestaande programma voortzetten (FJA kalender, convenantscholen…)
