  3. CASO CLINICO • Madre de 21 años, de profesión maestra jardinera, con LES y diabetes insulino-dependiente desde los 8 años, con escasos controles. Embarazo de 33 semanas. • Comienza con cuadro febril de 24 horas de evolución y celulitis de pierna que progresa a shock séptico grave.

  4. Se realiza cesárea y a las 24 horas fallece. • Al nacimiento el niño presenta:RNPT; PN: 1700 gr.; Ictericia que requiere luminoterapia; Plaquetopenia severa. • A los 7 días de vida: exantema petequial y hepatomegalia.
