  4. Project Description Repair Abutment 1 of Hopper Slough Bridge at Post Mile 5.12 on Route 128 in Napa County. Scope Include: Bonding a new one foot thick wall and seal the hole in Abutment 1. The bridge has to be closed for two weeks for repair. A detour is planned along Zinfindel Lane.
