  2. Problema con dati reali Esaminando tre contratti ADSL a consumo con operatori diversi (Telecom Italia, Tiscali e Tele2) e condizioni comparabili (velocità di download 640Kbps e upload 256Kbps), individuo l’offerta più conveniente in relazione alle ore trascorse in Internet.

  3. x=ore di navigazione in Internet in un anno Problema 1 Opzione A:y=182,80+2x Opzione B:y=9,95+1,80x Opzione C:y=361,6+1,79x (y= 182,8+178,8+1,79x)

Ricerco punti d’intersezione y=182,80+2x 182,80+2x=361,60+1,79x Intersezione tra l’asse y=182,80+2x (Telecom Italia) e y=361,60+1,79x (Tele2): x=851 y=361,60+1,79x 0,21x=178,80 y=182,80+2(851) y=1886 x=851 Punto di indifferenza P(851;1886) Considerando solo i due contratti della Telecom e Tele2 se: - si naviga in Internet per meno di 851 ore (0<x<851) mi conviene Telecom; - navigo per 851 ore (x=851) mi è indifferente abbonarmi a Telecom e Tele2; - mi connetto per più delle 851 ore (x>851) mi conviene Tele2 (nel primo anno; attenzione che con il contratto Tele2 bisogna pagare un fisso annuale di 178,8€)

Conclusione Soluzione: 0<x<106 x=106 x>106 In questo caso se: - ci si connette per meno di 106 ore l’anno (0<x<106) mi conviene abbonarmi a Telecom Italia; - si naviga per 106 ore (x=106) mi è indifferente scegliere Telecom o Tiscali; - si naviga in Internet per più di 106 ore (x>106) mi conviene scegliere il contratto di Tiscali
