  1. Muon works in the next months

  2. MDT • Up to May 15 Commissioning of EE • From May 15 for (at least) 2 moths DCS works • Installation of new hardware • New operating systems etc. • During Summer: Calibration of Power supplies • Some gas fixes on EOS (in parallel of other works) • At the end of the shut down, when the Big wheels will be in running position: Gas fixes for the EOL (Pallazzani required) • Installation of BOE (also RPC) in the fall 2013 • De-installation of sMDT from small wheel A • Need access (scaffolding?) to reach rim of both Small Wheels for alignment works • For the SWC proposed to do this operation in the fall when the Wheel will be in the trench. • Installation of alignment frames in the sectors 12 and 14 between BMFs • Installation of new RODS in USA15 to double the read out for the Small Wheel. • Summer 2014 Installation of BME chambers. • Replace of Fans for all the VME PS.

  3. TGC • TGC Sector logic upgrade • Fixing the ROD Busy issue (in parallel with Sector Logic work) • Need access to central resources and DAQ. • Change of Fan Trays on the wheels • Change of TGC chambers • On TGC1 chambers ready in the fall • For TGC3 need to have the wheels in running position • Installation of new NIM modules on the MiniRacks (?) • Replacement of Fans on VME PS

  4. RPC • To be defined after weekly meeting

  5. CSC • Repair of 2 CSC stations on SWC • Deployment and commissioning of the CSC new ROD
